SHAMEKU FASHION offers delivery options subject to location and availability. Delivery arrangements, charges and estimated delivery times will be confirmed with the customer before an order is dispatched. Customers will receive an update once their order has been prepared and dispatched. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing an order. Delivery fees are separate from product prices and will be communicated before payment.

Customers are encouraged to check their orders upon collection or delivery. Returns or exchanges may be considered where an item received is defective, damaged or materially different from the product ordered. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, together with clear photographs and proof of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns or exchanges are subject to assessment and availability. Incorrect size selections or changes of mind may not qualify for a return or exchange.

Refund requests will be reviewed where SHAMEKU FASHION is unable to fulfil a confirmed order or where a qualifying product issue has been verified. Approved refunds will be processed through an agreed payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider. Deposits for confirmed orders are not automatically refundable where a customer changes their mind or cancels an order after procurement has commenced. Any refund decision will be communicated directly to the customer.
